7-Day Full Refund for First-Time Subscribers
We want you to be confident in your subscription. If you're a first-time subscriber and The Research Portal doesn't meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.
Eligibility Requirements:
- • You must be a first-time subscriber (never had a previous subscription)
- • Refund request must be within 7 days of your initial subscription start date
How Refunds Work
- 1Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.
- 2Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- 3Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- 4Upon refund, your subscription will be canceled and access will be revoked.
What's Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for automatic refunds:
- • Refund requests after 7 days from the initial subscription
- • Users who have previously had a subscription (returning subscribers)
- • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- • Group license seat holder refunds (only the primary payer can request refunds)
